This glazed stoneware serving dish has been inlaid with coloured shapes (set into the surface of the background clay). Each colour has been stained by hand with colouring oxides. The reverse is plain flecked stoneware clay, signed. Approx. 27cm diameter. This plate is food safe, but I recommend hand washing in warm (not boiling) water. Alternatively it can be hung on a wall using a ‘plate disc’ (see link below, select largest size).
